This is an initiative by Queensbridge public housing resident LeShawn "Suga Ray" Marston to provide his fellow Queensbridge residents with a place to honor loved ones lost to violence, and enjoy the beauty and peace of mind gardening and interacting what with nature brings. Additionally, they want to use the space to offer classes, do yoga and meditation, and other activities in the service of transformative healing.
